A new Church Plant!

Out of the 40 new church plants that came out of the church plant school in Witrivier one was in Douglas. Now this is really special to me as Douglas is my hometown. It is where I grew up so it definately touches the heart when "it hits home".

I had the privelage of being part of the Spiritual Family class held for the members where the values, heart, vision and mission of Every Nation was communicated and transferred into the hearts of believers. The EN Family in Bloemfontein will be overseeing the plant with help from a regional leadership team. I am so excited to see what God is going to do in and through the lives of people sacrificially following Him and giving their lives for His Kingdom.

God Test mission feedback

After an amazing Campus Harvest tour over South Africa, where students were challenged to GO to their campusses, God Test missions were held on campusses all across the nation...

The campusses that took part saw God moving powerfully in the lives of students!
As far as we can tell, at least 900 students were reached by 230 volunteers all over South-Africa and that resulted in 127 students being saved and 11 new connect groups being formed. (The numbers are based on the feedback received. We trust that more connect groups were formed but the leaders could only account for 11)

The God Test Mission became a lifestyle in most of the campuses and we are eagerly waiting to hear all the awesome testimonies that we can expect during the rest of the year.

University of Johannseburg in Doornfontein had 25 students reaching 500 plus students with the God Test resulting in 100 students committing their lives to Christ!! They are unsure of the amount of connect groups estabslished. This can ONLY be the work of God!!

For more information on the GodTest watch these videos by Rice Broocks.

Spring day on Campus!

Here are some of the photos from Spring day on Centurion Academy. I must say - this is how it is done! This was such an awesome time to engage with new students in their environment, while they enjoy their beer, and to build relationships with others.

It was a day full of sports, swimming, music and off course "braai'ing"...

I also had the privelage of sharnig the gospel with Phathu. An awesome 1st year studying IT. I met him on the day and just made conversation. God opened a door to His heart, we did the God-Test and He comitted his life to Christ!! All glory to God!
